Our name reflects the caribou in nature, always moving, adapting, and thriving through change with unity and resilience. Caribu echoes the Swahili word "karibu," meaning welcome, an invitation into shared purpose and shaping the future together.

The founders Judith and Charlotte bring over 20 years of combined experience in business and IT.
